A few common sense tips to make your trip more enjoyable.
- Book your reservation early
- Recommend at least 24 hours in advance.
- Holiday travel (holidays as well as travel during school breaks) we recommend reservations at least a couple weeks in advance. We will continue to book buses until full.
- During these peak times, buses will fill. CALL US (800- 847-0157 or 541-389-7469) instead of requesting a reservation on-line
- FLAG STOPS REQUIRE A RESERVATION
- Bus does not stop at flag stops without an advanced reservation. Make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
- Prineville residents must make reservations before 3:30 pm the day before travel. CET (Cascade East Transit) does the route between Redmond and Prineville. We book this for you for pick up to and from the Prineville Park and Ride. Our reservations must be made with CET by 3:30 pm the day before travel. No CET bus is available on Saturday or Sunday. CET is also not available for transfers on Major Holidays (look these up) If the holiday is on Saturday they will not go on Friday and if the holiday is on Sunday they will not travel on Monday.
- Please arrive at the pick-up points early. The times stated are departure times. If you arrive late you may miss the bus. Drivers are instructed to leave on time, in order to stay on schedule.
- Arrival times may vary depending on Roads, Weather, and Traffic.
- Be prepared for great scenery with your camera or binoculars.
- If passenger needs assistance please let us know about this at the time of booking.
